Frequently asked questions

Have a different question and can't find the answer you're looking for? Reach out to our support team by sending us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Why was this site created?
Tidylit was born out of a love for beautifully designed book series — Penguin Classics, Everyman's Library, Taschen, and more. We wanted a single place to browse, track, and build a collection of books that look as good on the shelf as they read.
I found a missing book. How can I report it?
We're constantly working to make our catalog as complete as possible, but gaps happen — especially with older or regional editions. Reach out with the title, author, and collection and we'll get it added.
Can I suggest a new collection?
Absolutely. If there's a publisher series or curated collection you think belongs on Tidylit, let us know. We prioritize series with a consistent design language and a decent number of titles, but we're always open to suggestions.
Do you earn money from this site?
Tidylit uses affiliate links to bookstores. When you buy a book through one of our links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps cover hosting and development costs. We don't run ads, sell your data, or charge for accounts.
Where does the book data come from?
We aggregate publicly available book metadata — titles, authors, ISBNs, cover images, and publication details — from publisher websites and other public sources. If something looks wrong, let us know.
