Nikolay Leskov

Nikolay Leskov (1831-1895) was a prominent Russian author known for his short stories and novels that often explore themes of morality and society. Born in the Russian Empire, he spent much of his life in Saint Petersburg, where he became an influential figure in Russian literature.
