Isaac Bashevis Singer

Isaac Bashevis Singer (1903-1991) was a Polish-American author born in Leoncin. He is renowned for his contributions to literature, particularly in Yiddish, and received the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1978. Singer spent his later years in Surfside, Florida.
