Goliarda Sapienza

Goliarda Sapienza (1924-1996) was an Italian author born in Catania. She is known for her unique narrative style and exploration of themes related to identity and freedom. Sapienza spent her later years in Gaeta, where she continued to write and contribute to Italian literature.
