Confucius

Confucius (552-479 BCE) was a Chinese philosopher and educator born in Qufu, in the state of Lu. He is best known for his teachings on ethics, politics, and morality, which have profoundly influenced Chinese culture and philosophy. Confucius passed away near the Si River.
