Chaim Potok

Chaim Potok (1929-2002) was an American author born in The Bronx. He is best known for his novels that explore themes of Jewish identity and the conflict between tradition and modernity. Potok's works include "The Chosen" and "My Name is Asher Lev." He passed away in Merion Station, Pennsylvania.
